Hey! I'm a third year university student, currently studying Mental Health (basically, it's psychology with a focus on the abnormal) and maybe Neuroscience too (that's a big maybe).
I have a lot of interests... history, coffee, teas, fitness, good food, cheese, wandering around the city, visiting gourmet restaurants, daydreaming...
Oh! I'm getting into meditation too. Did you know that meditation increases left brain asymmetry? That's actually a good thing since meditation reduces reactions in the right brain to stress and increases reactions in the left brain to positive emotions.
This blog gets updated frequently – on a daily basis most of the time, but if I don’t update then that means I’m studying for exams (or just normal studying).
Currently I'm learning Korean in my spare time.
Hmmm, a little bit about myself: skating's my favourite winter pastime.
My favourite movie is Lord of the Rings, The Godfather, and Studio Ghibli movies!
I'm a bit of a geek, I'm kinda dorky, I have a weird sense of humor sometimes.

I had a bunch of ideas for what that song could be, but I didn’t feel it was right for me to give Ryan a song to give to Michelle. And so I gave him a challenge and let him pick out a song for her. Ryan has a great taste and the song he picked out was You and Me by Penny and the Quarters. And I thought it was just great. So I told Ryan to keep the song a secret, and never share it with Michelle until we were shooting. So they day came to shoot the scene, Ryan had the song in his back pocket, and we captured the real moment where one person gives an other person the gift of music. The gift, because it came from Ryan, was personal. Michelle was touched deeply by it. What happens on the screen is a real, living and breathing, intimate moment.
